At BreyerHorses.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not happy with your model or accessory, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Items must be in their original, unopened packaging to ensure they remain in collectible condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer service team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the item in its original collector box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton with adequate padding to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
